Our Registered Nurses provide assessment and triage to your patients after your office closes. So whether it is 6:00 PM during the week, or 2:00 AM on a Saturday night, you can rest assured that our nurses are on call and ready to serve.
We will also utilize your approved office standing orders for certain conditions like ear infections, rashes, fevers, etc. so we can base our judgment on standards that you have set. We triage patients in all 50 states, and we are open 24/7 for your convenience! Our Registered Nurses are also available for care coordination, scheduling of primary care appointments, specialty appointments, and wellness coaching.
Did you know we also offer Secure SMS (Hipaa complaint) text messaging for all of our providers and practices, free of charge.
We also offer Two Way Encrypted Messaging via a Smart Phone App- also Hipaa compliant for a nominal fee.

New Service Line
National Nurse Triage is excited to announce our new line of service: Workers Compensation Triage Line! Our Workers' Compensation Triage Line works much like our traditional telephone triage or nurse advice line. Registered Nurses are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assess and triage your employees injuries by phone; our specialty trained occupational health nurses will triage every employee with our specialized triage software to provide a customized treatment plan. We will work with the employee, employer and physician to ensure your employee gets the right care and appropriate return to work options.
